PIE HELP SIGN UP EVERYONE: will need to pick up their pie orders, at the CCHS pool between 3:30 and 6:00 PM and deliver their pies that day. Please bring plastic grocery bags to carry your pie orders out in. The booster club will not be responsible for pies not picked up by 6:00 pm THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS FUNDRAISER A HUGE SUCCESS!! Good afternoon Wildcats,
It has come to my attention that with the upcoming Friday meets 1st period athletes will not have an opportunity to complete any make ups. So this email is to inform all of the make up policy moving forward. This policy will take effect starting immediately . If an 1st period athlete misses practice and arrives at school later in the day (making it an unexcused missed practice) they must come check in with me that day to schedule their make up or come to afternoon practice that day. If an athlete does not check in with me the same day they missed or does not come that afternoon, they will not be allowed the opportunity to make up the missed practice. 7th period athletes who know they are checking out should come the morning of the day they are checking out. If checking out is not pre-planned athletes need to stop by my classroom to schedule their make up. If an athlete misses the entire day of school that is an excused missed practice and they do not have to make up. If you have any questions please email me at ahalford@ccisd.net and I will get you an answer as fast as possible. Go Wildcats!! Pies: We currently have orders for 597 pies! WOW! If you didn't turn your pie order in, please get it Coach Ty ASAP on Wednesday morning - do not wait until the end of the day
